The Rector of the Technical University of Varna – Prof. Ventsislav Valchev, and the Rector of the Odessa National Maritime University – Prof. Sergey Rudenko have signed an agreement of cooperation. The main directions of partnership development are exchange of students, student and teaching internships, joint conferences and double diplomas.
